Aspora Referral and Invite: A new experience

Context: At Aspora, we noticed a recurring problem

Problem: Users weren’t fully understanding how to refer others through our referral screen. The result? A feature with great potential wasn’t being used as much as it should.
Instead of letting this slip by, we reimagined the referral experience with a clear goal: make it effortless, trustworthy, and rewarding.

Solution:
1. Clearly communicate the benefit for both the inviter and the invitee.
2. Add social proof to build trust and show real impact.
3. Explain how the referral works in simple steps.
4. Reduce hassle by letting users connect contacts directly with Aspora.

Outcome and Impact: The new design unlocked the true potential of referrals by making it transparent, easy, and rewarding for everyone involved. Instead of a “hidden” feature, referrals are now an experience users want to share.

Number of referral invites went from users - 40% to 90% in UAE, and 68% to 89% in UK.

Outfloz AI - 0 to 1

Context: Outfloz is an enterprise SaaS, no-code workflow automation platform developed for sales and GTM teams at agencies and startups. Its mission is to simplify the sales process from lead generation to outreach by integrating over 10 data sources and leveraging AI Automation to create workflows that feel human, fast, and personalized.

Problem: Sales professionals, creators, and freelancers struggle with fragmented workflows. They juggle multiple tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, LinkedIn, Calendly, and WhatsApp, causing inefficiency, context switching, and lost leads. Existing automation tools are either too technical for non-coders, lack specialization for digital product sales, or produce lifeless, generic messages. The market lacked an easy-to-use, integrated solution that delivers personalization at scale.

Design Challenge: The challenge was to design a platform that is visual, smart, and effortless. It needed to balance simplicity for non-technical users with advanced capabilities for sales automation. Inspired by whiteboard-style canvases, the design approach emphasized clarity, mobile-first accessibility, and human-like automation. A key innovation was the MCP (Model Context Protocol), which unifies data from multiple sources to ensure smart context matching, eliminate redundancy, and enable seamless workflows.

Solution: I designed a no-code drag-and-drop interface where users can also type workflow logic in plain English. The platform includes a centralized dashboard, SuperSheets for dynamic lead tracking, intuitive pipeline management, a unified inbox (FlozMail), and an Action-Based Notification Center for real-time updates. The ICP Creator enables advanced segmentation, while AI powers personalization, testing, and collaboration.

Outcome and Impact: Outfloz streamlines sales workflows, reduces manual effort, and improves personalization. By eliminating inefficiencies and enabling human-like automation, the platform helps sales teams and creators boost conversions and focus on building client relationships.
